Luxury Shepherd Huts York

Just back from a weekend staying in the hollow, we had a great time, very convenient bus stop just outside to take you into York and our hosts were brilliant and had thought of everything to make the stay as great as it was 😁

We had an amazing time celebrating my partners 30th birthday. Would highly recommend to anyone. Andrew and Clare were fantastic hosts. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

My husband and I had the most amazing few days away at this gorgeous place. It was so quiet and peaceful just what we needed. The hosts were really welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They have thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We had a great day in York which was really easy as there’s a bus stop just outside and only takes about 20 minutes. Amazing stay. You wont regret booking this. Superb hut and hot tub, lovely extra touches. Great space within your plot for outdoor time. Kind size bed was a bonus. Truly perfect escape.

Just got back from a 2 night stay in the Hollow. Fantastic peaceful setting, and perfect location to venture out, we caught the bus into York for shopping, lunch and cocktails! Andrew and Clare are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything, a lovely welcome pack and a nice touch of choosing to buy in fresh cooked food so we didn’t have to go out or think about cooking! We opted for a slow cooker meal, desserts and cheam tea all were very tasty 👏🏼 Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

An excellent place to stay, close to a bus stop for ease of getting into York. Lovely site. They have thought of lots of lovely little things that make it a beautiful and relaxing stay.

What a little gem! Had 3 night stay and it was peaceful and quiet, the hot tub was amazing, bus stop 3 minute walk, Couldn’t fault it and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks ❤️ x

we had a lovely weekend at Hart Lake. There was a warm welcome from the hosts and the hut was perfect and had everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. Wonderful stay and will definitely return

A little piece of heaven! Perfectly equipped with everything you need, really comfy bed, and the location is so peaceful.
Falling asleep to the sound of water, and having your morning coffee under a canopy of trees is honestly magical. Wish we never had to leave! The hot tub overlooking the lake is such a lovely addition.
Great communication from the hosts, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Loved having the option to order evening meals! Already planning to come back.
